WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden stated on Wednesday that Russian President Vladimir Putin is “in an extremely tough place” and is resorting to brutalizing Ukrainian residents.

“I feel Vladimir Putin finds himself in an extremely tough place and what it displays to me is it appears his solely device out there to him is to brutalize particular person residents in Ukraine to attempt to intimidate them into capitulating,” Biden advised reporters on the White Home.
