U.S. approves Delta, United bids to delay restart of Havana flights By Reuters

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – The U.S. Transportation Division (USDOT) on Tuesday mentioned it could permit Delta Air Strains (NYSE:) and United Airways to quickly delay resuming flights to Cuba.

United final month mentioned it has been working for months to relaunch Havana service however faces hurdles, whereas Delta additionally mentioned it was going through points in reestablishing service.

USDOT mentioned it could require United to renew service no later than Dec. 1 and Delta no later than late March.
